TERMS AND CONDITIONS
gruusiamaitsed.ee is an e-shop primarily selling alcoholic beverages, where the Seller is Regalon Group OÜ (registry code 12688711) (hereinafter referred to as “Regalon Group“). The Terms and Conditions of Use are the basis for sales transactions between Regalon Group and its Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer“ or “Customers”).

Regalon Group sells products to self-employed consumers as well as to business Customers who buy products for commercial purposes. Issues not specified in the Sales and Purchase and other written Agreements between Regalon Group and business clients shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

The Sales Agreement between Regalon Group and the Customer shall commence at the moment of the confirmation of the online order. Liability for defective deliveries, departmental or foreign trade restrictions is limited to cancellation of the order and refund.

Regalon Group sells products only to adult Customers. By making a purchase on gruusiamaitsed.ee, You will confirm that You are at least 18 years old. Also, by making a purchase, You shall confirm that You own the credit cards or the bank account used for payment in the gruusiamaitsed.ee e-shop. The age of the Purchaser shall be verified at the time of delivery of the goods. Regalon Group may refuse to deliver the goods, if You cannot prove Your age upon receipt of the goods. In this case, You will not be refunded the Purchase price or postage of the goods paid. Upon receipt of the goods from the parcel terminal, You will have to confirm Your identity by Your ID-card.

Regalon Group reserves the right to restrict the sales of products, when ordering unusually large consignments. In the event that the ordered product is a custom-made, ordered, or processed product based on an order made by the Purchaser, any additional costs that may result from the cancellation of the order, will be fully refunded by the Purchaser.

Regalon Group reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of Use unilaterally and without any prior notice. The Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the version of the order that is in effect. Subsequent orders are always subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions of Use in force at the time the order is placed. Except as otherwise provided by law, by way of exception, amendments to the law shall enter into force immediately.

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply to the extent, that they are without prejudice to consumer rights under consumer protection laws.

ORDER PROCESS
To process with the order, please choose the goods and necessarily read the description
1. Add the goods to the shopping card from the product page using the button "Add to card"
2. You will see pop-up window, where you can go directly to the shopping card or to continue with shopping
3. To make the payment, please press the button "Check out"
4. You will see the pop-up window "My order" where you can check your order and add necessary quantity for the goods. You can increase / decrease the quantity by using  ^ /  v arrows. To cancel the position press  X
5. Please choose the delivery method and parcel terminal:
- Order up to 3 standardbottle (75cl / each) SmartPost parcel terminal fee 4,00 euro including VAT;
- Order up to 6 standardbottle (75cl / each) SmartPost parcel terminal fee 4,90 euro including VAT; 
- Order up to 12 standardbottle (75cl / each) SmartPost parcel terminal fee 6,49 euro including VAT;
- Order for spices up to 8 plastic containers (80/150/250 ml) parcel terminal fee 2,59 euro including VAT;
- If you order spices together with wine, please select the delivery fee according to the quantity of the bottles;
- If you come collect your goods, than the delivery is free of charge. You can pick up Mo-Fr 17:30-20:00, Sa 12:00-16:00 address Rannamõisa tee 6a, Tallinn. Please agree the time in advance calling tel +372 54589791
6. Please confirm that you have read and agree with terms and Conditions pressing to the square box. than you can proceed with check out
7. Please insert you contact information: e-mail, name and address. If you need, please add the comments
8. Pressing "Order Overview", you can see your order. If you have discount code, please insert and accept
9. Please choose the payment method. You will be turned to the chosen bank to make the payment
10. When the payment is done, please press the button "Return to the seller"
11. You will be back on e-shop
12. If the payment is successful, you will receive the message and the e-mail. If the payment is not successful, you will get the message about it.
13. Now your order is in process to be shipped

PAYMENT METHODS
The bank link for payment is provided by Maksekeskus AS https://maksekeskus.ee : Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. The payments are accepted in EURO currency
Regalon Group is responsible processor for the personal data. Regalon Group forwards all necessary personal data to make the payment to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.  

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Regalon Group shall deliver goods by courier only within Estonia.

The ordered goods shall be delivered to You via SmartPOST within 2-6 working days after the payment has been received into Regalon Group OÜ bank account.

If You choose a SmartPOST parcel machine for delivery, the goods shall be delivered to the SmartPOST parcel terminal of Your choice when placing Your order. You shall receive an SMS message with the parcel delivery code upon the arrival of the goods. If You do not pick up Your parcel within the timeframe set by SmartPOST, the Customer is to bear any and all costs that may emerge, associated with returning the parcel or storing it for a longer period.

NB! In addition to the code, You need to enter Your ID card in the SmartPOST parcel terminal.

Goods can be redeemed from the SmartPOST parcel terminal between 10 AM and 10 PM.

The Customer is responsible for providing correct personal information, address and contact phone when ordering the goods. Regalon Group and the courier company are not responsible for any delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the errors or inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order. In case of any prior damage to the consignment, the time and cause of the damage must be documented in the presence of a representative of the courier company.

Regalon Groups and the courier are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in their entirety, have a commercial appearance and are as described in the gruusiamaitsed.ee e-shop. If a defective or damaged product reaches you, it shall be replaced or its value shall be compensated financially. If you notice that the packaging is broken or wet, do not accept the parcel, but make a declaration to the courier and inform us by writing to gruusiamaitsed@gmail.com or by calling +372 5090892

RETURN OF GOODS
After reciving the order, the customer can return the goods within 14 days.

Pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the Consumer's right of withdrawal and return shall not extend to alcoholic beverages.

If the goods are incorrect or defective, Regalon Group must be informed immediately upon receipt of the goods by e-mail to gruusiamaitsed@gmail.com or by calling +372 5090892 but not later than 14 days. Regalon Group shall bear the cost of replacement or return of the goods that are incorrect or defective.
The customer has the right to return the goods without the signs of use and if the original package is not damaged.
Regalon Group can refuse to accept the returned goods if it is discovered that the original package is damaged, the goods are dirty or there are the signs of use. 
For the goods return within 14 days, the returned goods have to be a closed product , otherwise the goods can not be returned. The payment return, incl. original delivery cost is done within 14 days

Regalon Group can refuse to return the payment until the goods are received or there is the document proving that the goods have been sent , depending on which is occurred earlier.
If the customer has explicitly choosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the gruusiamaitsed.ee store doesn not have to return the cost to the customer that exceeds the cost related to the ususal delivery method.

CLAIMS
The customer has to inform Regalon Group of the non-conformity if the products as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the products receipt day
The claims has to be sent to the e-mail gruusiamaitsed@gmail.com , presenting the order confirmation  or invoice proving the purchase of the products. Please note you name and contacts, claim issue date, deffect of the product  and the proving document that the payment has been done.
Regalon Group is not liable for damages caused by improper use and storage if the goods caused by the Cusromer-s fault.
Regalon Group makes the written reply to the noted customers e-mail address in the claim within 15 days

The Customer-s right to turn to the Consumer Complaints Commission
Disputes between regalon Group and the customer are resolved by the parties trough the negotiations. If no agreement is reachedm the customer has the the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board - Tarbijakaitse , the Consumer Complaints Commission or to Harju County Court to protect the rights.

If Regalon Group has refused to resolve the customer's complaint or the customer does not agree with the solution offered by the gruusiamaitsed.ee store and finds that his rights have been violated or his interests have been violated, the customer may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission or the court. The customer can file a complaint himself or through a representative. The data of the Consumer Protection Commission are presented on the website of the Consumer Protection Board - Tarbijakaitse. To solve problems arising in the Member States of the European Union, contact the European Union Consumer Advice Center.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You can cancel Your order by contacting us at gruusiamaitsed@gmail.com or by calling +372 5090892 prior to the removal of the goods from the storage. If the goods have already been dispatched from the storage by courier, it is not possible to cancel the order.
